SLAP repair

1. Sling for 4 weeks. External rotation stretches (0 degree abduction) as far as possible to start immediately with aim to match opposite side by 4 weeks. Sleeper stretches twice a day.

2. After 4 weeks, sling discontinued. Starts overhead stretches and continues the passive external rotation stretching.

3. 6 Weeks: Theraband stretches are begun as per rotator cuff protocol. (biceps curl delayed until 8 weeks if painful)

4. Scapular control exercises.
